Instead of accessing features through key commands located on a desktop phone, features and functions are displayed to your agents through an intuitive software interface on the agents computer desktop. Agents are able to communicate to callers via a headset connected to the PC. These features reduce the need for wiring, the expense of a telephone technician setting up telephone handsets, as well as other related setup and hardware costs.
