The system plays pre-recorded voice prompts and allows your customers to select an option from their telephone keypad. This integration allows for seamless handoff of calls between each application and callers are handled in the most efficient method possible. In the event that a customer question can not be answered via and IVR, the customer has the option of being routed to a live agent.
